    Weekly or bimonthly home visits to support families as they navigate their cancer or chronic illness journey

    -Play based sessions to support kids understanding

    -Tools to support kids understanding and coping with changes they are experiencing

    -Family support to encourage connection and communication

    -Sessions typically last 50 minutes

  • -Play based activities to help kids understand their upcoming medical procedure or surgery

    -Support for kids who have a difficult time coping with routine medical care (vaccinations, well child-checks, dentist appointments)

  • -Home visits to support coping and understanding with death and dying

    -Provide therapeutic activities to support coping and understanding

    -Facilitate activities that support a loved ones legacy and memory making

    -Allow children and teens to have a safe and supportive environment to discuss loved and end of life
